How to get tax and duty payments back?
When encountering duty and tax charges during shipment, please ensure that the payment is prepaid as it is the responsibility of the receiver. Retain the payment receipt and forward it to our customer support at lights@thehouselights.com. We will promptly reimburse you for the duty and tax expenses incurred. However, please be aware that the return order does not refund the tax fee.
Your order is monitored every step of the way using DPD, or FedEx tracking. We will email your tracking number within a few hours after processing your order.
Each order (plus all the information you might need to know about it) will have its current status and estimated arrival date.

This ceiling light adds a modern finish to our downstairs room. One small detail to mention is…..when someone walks in the room upstairs the piece of plastic added after the light is fitted rattles. We are going to have to do something about that! Apart from that, we are happy with our purchase.

Nice light, just like the picture. Struggled to fit but eventually got the job done. Placed in the lounge, went for the bright light. Which maybe too bright for some ,depends on your personal preference. It gives a nice bright modern look to go with the media wall we have.
