Returns and refunds
You can return or exchange an unwanted item within 30 days of receiving it.
Please allow 7 days from our warehouse receiving your parcel to receive your refund.
How to return your item
Standard items： Return an item using a tracked courier, such as Royal Mail or Evri, to our UK warehouse. Return postage is payable by the customer.
Damaged or faulty items： Free returns & exchanges — we’ll provide a prepaid label.
Please note: Our lights require assembly and hardwiring. Please note that third-party installation charges and bulb costs are not covered by our store. If you need any assistance, please contact us.
