When Will I Get My Order?
All orders are normally processed, packed, and ready for shipping within a few hours. Any order made before noon (PST) Pacific Standard Time is shipped the same day. We ship from our Chino, California using FedEx or UPS. Delivery normally takes 3 to 5 days after your items have been shipped.
How Do I Track My Order After It's Shipped?
Items are monitored every step of the way using FedEx or UPS tracking. We will email your tracking number within a few hours after placing your order. Simply click on the link and it will take you directly to the tracking page for your order.
Each order (plus all the information you might need to know about it) will have its current status and estimated arrival date. From there, the exact location of your item can be found.
How Easy Is It To Make A Return?
Most all Farmhouze Lighting orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. However, a modified return policy may apply to some products, including coupons and discount codes.
Returns are seamless and easy, and you can do it online!

We will send you a Return Item link that you can fill out.
Then check your inbox for a return confirmation email.
We’ll refund you as soon as you send the item(s) back.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Are My Order Shipped From The United States?
Yes! All orders are shipping normally from our warehouse in Chino, California for the Western, Mountain, Central United States. We shipping from our warehouse in New Jersey, for the Eastern United States. Hawaii and Alaska are shipped from our Chino, California warehouse.
