Love the light. It was out of stock for sometime which was a shame. Especially when the payment is taken and then later informed it’s out of stock. However the light is beautiful, we have a pair and they really make the room.

After much research for lighting to complement our new kitchen, we found these beautiful light fittings on this website. The process was very straightforward and we received the lights within a week of ordering. Great product and service. We are delighted with our choice. Unfortunately the kitchen is not being installed until September, so I cannot provide a picture until then.

Firstly, feel assured you are buying from a 5 Star Company. The buying process was smooth, there was great communication and the product arrived quickly. Unfortunately, there was a fault / manufacturing issue with my order and the central hole in the glass shade was cut poorly and off centre. This made the lamp sit wonky and by the time I realised, I had already paid for an electrician. I liaised with Kristin who was extremely apologetic and offered to replace the product immediately. In the end, we opted for a full refund, which we could put towards another light that was more to our specification and obviously not faulty. Our biggest concern was that we were having to lay out for an electrician again, but sometimes thats life! There were a few other matters of concern we shared with Kristin who was very understanding and actually listened to our position on things. The whole thing was resolved with customer care and empathy at the forefront of things and despite the inconvenienced caused, I had a very positive experience with this business. As for the product itself, aesthetically it looks great, but in my opinion, the price tag doesn't reflect the overall quality. I was expecting more from the overall finish and feel of the materials used. Had it been priced at £80 - £100, I feel it would be more appropriate but irrespective of all this, I'm sure most people would be fully satisfied with the product. This wouldn't put me off using the company again and the next light we order, will most likely come from these guys! Thanks again, Craig.
