We are delighted with our new light. It was well packed in the box with a few spares too. We assembled it easily and added bulbs first and then screwed in the rods that have the beads on. The drop was shortened as it was quite long for our needs. Once it was up we were really pleased the chrome ball and the effect of the surround was stunning. Quite a bright light too and looks equally great when unlit when the sun shines through the window it twinkles. We are so happy that we are going to order two more lights which are similar.
This light is absolutely beautiful....I was a little concerned by its appearance in the box but once it was completely installed, it turned out to be everything I hoped it would be!
Still waiting for other chandelier on my order.
Only received this one because evri courier was delivered another parcel at same time as my correct address wasn't on the parcel. Missing part was house number and street name.

All three lights arrived promptly. Be aware that they are very time consuming to put together but they are really well made and had no problems with the parts. The large (1m wide) came with bulbs but the smaller lights didn’t. There was not one part missing in fact we had quite a few branches spare. So five stars as although they took hours to construct they look stunning and I am well up on brownie points with the wife
